Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is a one-on-one meeting between a director and a person seeking a deeper relationship with God. The focus is on an awareness of God in one's everyday life.

A spiritual director assists one in:
-expressing struggles, pains, joys, and gratitude
-noticing God's presence in everyday life and your prayer
-savoring and responding to one's experience of God
-discovering interior changes and the effects of these in relationships and life
-moving toward greater inner freedom, joy and integration
-processing aspects of growth toward wholeness

A person usually meets with a spiritual director every 3-5 weeks. The suggested donation is in the range of $25.00 to $50.00 for a one hour session.
